Our fees are competitive. They reflect the high amount of the work that we put in to ensure that the right person is hired in this difficult market. By the same token, our fees compare very favorably with our competitors; we also recognise the difficulties in the current market, and position ourselves to ensure that we are attractive, fee wise. As a result, we don’t advertise our fees here, but we are happy to discuss them with you, to negotiate a fee that you are happy with.

The fee is usually split into 3 equal amounts. One payment on commencement of the contract, one on setting down of candidates for interview, and a final payment when someone starts the role.
